Total Capacity per Product line

Shows Manufacturer capacity – the Quantity of units Manufacturer is able to produce based on technology and human capital, without taking into consideration sales forecasts.

Throughput - Total Quantity manufactured by Product

Shows how much units of each product company manufactured over a specified period. Products category can have different metric units – weight units (kg), volume units(l), or packs units, bottles, etc.

Total Inventory Quantity by Product

Shows how much units of each product company has in inventory ready to be sold – at the beginning and the end of a specified period. Products category can have different metric units – weight units (kg), volume units(l), or packs units, bottles, etc.

Total Quantity sold by Product

Shows how much units of each product company sold over a specified period. Products category can have different metric units – weight units (kg), volume units(l), or packs units, bottles, etc.

Variable Cost/1 unit by Product

Shows the value, the entity spent its operational activity  -  for supplies, manufacture, packaging, transportation, storage associated with the specific product.

Fixed Cost/1unit by Category

Aggregated value of expenditures that occurs independently of the volume of production: renting, administration salaries, utilities divided by the number of units produced.

Total Inventory Value, by Product

Shows the value of goods, by each product line, the company has in inventory at the end of reporting period.

Inventory days

The speed in days with which inventory moves through the sales metrics.

Total Cost Sold, by Product

Shows the value of goods, by each product line, the company had sold over the specified period.

Average Sell Price/Unit by Product

Shows, at what price, on average are sold each unit.

Total Revenue, By Product

Shows the revenue per each product line over the specified period.

Margin/Unit

Shows the net earnings per unit, after deducting variable and fixed expenditures.

Total Margin

Shows aggregated earnings per total quantity sold, after deducting variable and fixed expenditures.

Margin Ratio/Unit

Shows the level of earnings comparing to the expenditures.

Wastage Quantity per Product

Shows the Quantity of each product line, that had the quality issue or was unsold due to the expiry date.

Wastage Value per Product

Shows the expenditures of each product line, that had the quality issue or was unsold due to the expiry date.

Wastage Ratio

Shows the level of wastage products comparing to total quantity manufactured – to spot the products with the highest level of wastage and proceed with further analysis.

Product Recall, units

The quantity of a certain product requested to return to the manufacturer.

Product Recall, value

Value of a certain product requested to return to the manufacturer.

Product Recall, ratio

The ratio of a certain product requested to return compared to its production quantity.
